Terms of Service
These MVP terms define the intended use of TripQuorum as a collaborative planning tool.
Use of the Service
TripQuorum is for planning, discussing, and drafting trips with invited collaborators. Users are responsible for the content they add and for confirming all travel details before acting on them.
No Bookings or Purchases
TripQuorum does not book flights, hotels, restaurants, tours, transportation, or paid activities. AI output is not a booking, reservation, purchase, or guarantee.
AI Output
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Users must verify opening hours, prices, accessibility, availability, travel times, safety conditions, and policies with authoritative sources.
Group Decisions
TripQuorum can summarize tradeoffs and propose compromise options, but it does not override traveler consent. Major decisions should be approved by the group before they become plans.
User Content
Do not add unlawful, abusive, invasive, or unsafe content. Do not use TripQuorum to harass, stalk, exploit, or impersonate others.
MVP Status
This is an early product. Availability, features, and data retention behavior may change as production operations mature.
