TripQuorum helps travelers coordinate trip ideas, constraints, comments, votes, and itinerary drafts. This policy explains the data handled by the MVP service.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information, profile preferences, trip workspaces, ideas, votes, comments, constraints, itinerary drafts, invite metadata, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide shared trip planning, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, generate AI-mediated suggestions, maintain security, debug issues, and improve the product.
AI Processing
When users ask TripQuorum AI for help, relevant trip context may be sent to AI providers to generate summaries, compromise options, and itinerary drafts. Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed for travel planning.
Sharing
Trip content is shared with members of the same trip workspace. We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, monitoring, mapping, and AI vendors to operate the service.
Retention and Deletion
MVP retention controls are limited. Production users should have clear export and deletion workflows before broad launch.
